Data Protection Notice
How Royal Queen Pte Ltd, trading as Achieva Vending, collects, uses and protects personal data, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
Last updated 24 September 2026.
1. Who this notice is from
Royal Queen Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”), trading as Achieva Vending, at No. 95/97 Tuas Avenue 1, Singapore 639523. This notice covers personal data we collect through this website and through enquiries made to us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
2. What we collect
Only what you choose to give us. If you complete the enquiry form, that is:
- Your name
- Your company or organisation
- Your email address
- Your contact number
- The type of premises you are enquiring about
- Anything you write in the message field
If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email instead, we receive whatever that channel carries — typically your number or email address, your name, and the content of your message.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts of any kind. We do not profile your visit, we do not follow you to other sites, and we cannot identify you unless you choose to contact us. There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.
If we ever add analytics or any other cookie-based tool, we will ask for your consent before it runs and update this notice first.
4. Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to quote for and provide vending services. Specifically:
- To reply to you and answer your questions
- To prepare a proposal or quotation
- To arrange a site visit, installation or servicing
- To keep in touch with you about a service we are providing
- To meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations
We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry.
5. How we use AI
We use AI-assisted tools internally to help us work through enquiries — for example to summarise a long message, group enquiries by type, or draft a first reply for a colleague to check and edit.
Three things are worth stating plainly, because they are the questions people actually have:
- A person always decides. No AI system makes a decision about you, your enquiry or your pricing on its own. Anything you receive from us has been reviewed by a member of our team.
- There is no AI on this website. No chatbot, no automated assistant, and nothing that reads or analyses your behaviour while you browse.
- Your data is not used to train public AI models. Where we use third-party AI tools, we use them under business terms that do not permit your data to be used for model training, and we do not put enquiry data into consumer AI services.
6. Consent, and how to withdraw it
By sending us an enquiry you consent to us using your personal data for the purposes above. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing our Data Protection Officer at dpo@unico.com.sg. We will stop using your data for those purposes within a reasonable time, and tell you if withdrawing affects a service we are providing to you. Some records may have to be kept where the law requires it.
7. Who else handles your data
We keep this list short on purpose, and these are the only two:
- Our website host receives and stores enquiry form submissions on our behalf, and forwards them to us by email. Their servers are located outside Singapore.
- Microsoft 365 carries our company email, including sales@achievavending.com.sg. Microsoft stores this data on servers that may be outside Singapore.
The AI tools described in section 5 process enquiry content on our instruction and may also operate outside Singapore.
Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we take reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that it will be protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA, as the Transfer Limitation Obligation requires.
8. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become customers are kept only as long as there is a business reason to keep them, and are then deleted. Records relating to customers are kept for as long as the business relationship continues, and afterwards for as long as our legal, tax and accounting obligations require.
9. How we protect it
Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to answer you. This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold, which is business contact information rather than anything sensitive.
10. Access and correction
You may ask us what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used, and you may ask us to correct anything that is wrong. Email our Data Protection Officer at dpo@unico.com.sg and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can. We may need to verify your identity first. A reasonable fee may apply to an access request, and we will tell you before any fee is charged.
11. Data Protection Officer
Questions, requests and complaints about personal data should go to our Data Protection Officer:
Name: Celestine Yong
Email: dpo@unico.com.sg
Phone: +65 8388 6262 · Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm
Post: Data Protection Officer, Royal Queen Pte Ltd, No. 95/97 Tuas Avenue 1, Singapore 639523
The Data Protection Officer is appointed across the group’s entities, which is why this address is not on the achievavending.com.sg domain. It is the correct address for data protection matters relating to Achieva Vending.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission at pdpc.gov.sg.
12. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
